Jack Louis Lockstead passed away peacefully. He was predeceased by his wife Gloria, his siblings Don, Lloyd, Wilf, Joyce Fretts, Marvin, Ron and Roger, and some nieces and nephews.
He is survived by his daughter Laurie (Randy) Dahlgren; his sons Chris and Craig (Charlene); his “favourite grandchildren” Danny (Kylie) and Melissa (Tyson) Hunt; his “special coffee friend” Pat and her dogs, who knew with Jack a treat was always on its way; as well as many sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews.
Dad was a very talented man, priding himself with different things he had made, as well as his green thumb for his garden. Many of his friends and neighbours were recipients of Jack’s Tomato Plants, always lots and plentiful.
He was a very generous man, always helping his family or anyone who needed it. In his honour, please be kind, help each other if you can and if you choose, please make a donation to BC SPCA-Powell River.
