A late goal by Ben Belyea gave Powell River U18 Kings a 2-1 win over the visiting Peninsula Eagles on Saturday, November 16.

Noah Culos and Chase Fontaine combined to set up the game-winner with just three seconds remaining in the game.

Paxton Schreiber put Powell River ahead 1-0 in the first period, with assists going to Lucas Wadsworth and Jaxon Peters. Eagles scored their lone goal midway through the second period.

Powell River hosts Victoria U18 Admirals for a pair of games at Powell River Recreation Complex on Saturday, November 23 (5:45 pm, rink) and Sunday, November 24 (8:15 am, Hap Parker Arena).
