With sadness the Dixon family announces the sudden but peaceful passing of their mother Doris.
She lived a wonderful life, full of great family memories of camping, lake time, baking for everyone and her church.
Doris was predeceased by her husband Garnet and her brother Roy Anderson. She is lovingly remembered by sister Ruth Morden, children Denise (Dave) McMaster, Brent, Brian (Sarah), grandchildren Rachel, Daniel, Bryce, Ella and Dylan, and great-grandchildren Dawson and Olivia.
A celebration of life will be held at Powell River United Church on October 26 at 1pm.
Donations, in lieu of flowers, can be sent to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
