Four teams are preparing for Powell River Minor Baseball Association's U13 division finals this week at D. A. Evans Park in Cranberry.
On Wednesday, June 21, J&D Signs will be taking on the Peak for third place. The championship game is scheduled for the next evening, June 22, when WINMAR faces Rivercity Mini Excavating. Both games start at 6 pm.
"We will be hosting a barbecue concession at both games, starting at 5 pm," said U13 division manager Brandi Frehlich. "We encourage everyone to come out and support our local U13 teams as they play hard and have fun."
