qathet Festival of the Performing Arts held its Grand Concert at Evergreen Theatre in Powell River Recreation Complex on Saturday, March 8, preceded by a red carpet event featuring selected participants in disciplines including dance, choir and vocal, strings, piano and speech arts.
The longest-running event in the region marked 81 years with a variety of performers taking the stage to close the 2025 edition of the festival.
The Rotary Club of Powell River has hosted the annual event for the past 22 years.
