Glenn will be forever remembered with love by his family: his wife Lorraine; sons Steve (Shannon) and Mike (Luci) and their mom Carol; stepsons Scott (Kelly) and David (Holland); his grandchildren Alex (Makayla) and his mom Linda; Hiraeth, Mila, Kyla, James, Claire, Nemiah and Leif and their mom Kessa; and his two special daughters-of-the-heart Andrea and Alicia; special cousin Betty Fraser; many nieces, nephews and their families; and, of course, his beloved dog Rosie.

Family, friends and caring neighbours’ support were invaluable. Their love carried us throughout Glenn’s journey and meant the world to us. Bless all of you.

The family cannot thank enough the medical practitioners who have travelled this journey with Glenn. Dr. Rossouw and Kim, Dr. Takhar, Dr. Uhlmann, Dr. Crocker, Dr. Blacklaws, the ER nurses - angels, all of them - Jennifer and Becky in oncology, Dennis and Martin in pharmacy, Danica and all the lab team, Jude at the front door, and our very special, very caring, very knowledgeable palliative care home support nurses. You are truly amazing! Each and every one of you lightened the load with your smiles and care.

In Vancouver, Dr. Ho and all of the team at The BC Cancer Agency. And last, but by no means least, Dr. Jake Gambling, whose compassion and respect allowed Glenn to die with dignity.

"I have watched the sun set on the mountains."
