Big houses are no longer practical in the face of today's housing problems. Instead, build so-called "tiny homes" or small bungalows (like the ones that were torn out of Cranberry), or put in pads suitable for self-sufficient trailers or park-model RVs, more in line with what people (like seniors) can afford.
