Sidney Ernest Edwards passed away peacefully August 30, 2023. He was born February 2, 1934, in the county of Devon, Plymouth, England, to Percy Charles and Mary Edwards.
Sid was preceded in death by his younger brothers Alan and Norman, being the eldest. He is survived by his wife Caroline. They were together for 51 years and had a beautiful marriage filled with happiness and four daughters Belinda (Mike) Gallager, Monique Welch-Edwards, Cynthia (Robert) Brown and Melody Ellen Enns, grandchildren Nathan, Rachel, Kyle, Jessica, Jennifer and Sebastian, and great-grandchildren.
Sid loved sailing, played tennis a lot in his younger years, and we can't forget his love for sports cars. He was also a member of the local ski area at that time: Mt. Diadem (lots of happy moments).
Sid was devoted to his business (Sid Edwards, Denturist) for a number of years. He enjoyed his work and met many wonderful people. He always tried to make everybody happy. He also wanted to say thank you to all his patients who supported him.
We were all looking forward to his 90th birthday but fell short by just a few months due to heart disease. Sid was ill for a very short time and always surrounded by family who loved him dearly.
