It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Leslie Woods. Les was predeceased by his mother Alice (Helmet) Annuka, father Clifford Woods, sister Hazel (Van) Close, brothers Wayne Woods and Chris Annuka, and beloved pet Maddie. He is survived by his nieces Nicole and Tanya Close, Michael Woods, Carrie Woods (Brad Meiklejohn) and nephews Jason (Amber) Woods, sister-in-law Liz Woods and brother-in-law Co Spreeuw.
Les loved the forest; he operated big machinery in the logging industry most of his life. In his retirement, he looked forward to his daily meetups with his buddies at Tim Hortons. He was unique, kind, made us laugh and had a big heart.
Come join us Sunday, June 23, at the usual spot (parking lot next to Tim Hortons) at the usual time (11 am) for a coffee/gripe session.
