BC Ferries is advising that sailings between Little River (Comox) and Westview (Powell River) have been cancelled due to adverse weather conditions.
According to a travel advisory, the 9:55 am sailing departing Little River and the 11:50 am return sailing from Powell River on December 30 will not run. Later in the afternoon, BC Ferries announced that the 3:25 pm sailing departing Little River and 5:15 return from Powell River have also been cancelled.
The round-trip scheduled to leave Little River at 6:15 am and departing from Westview at 7:40 am was also called off earlier in the morning.
