Vehicles travelling on Joyce Avenue between Complex Way and Manson Avenue in Powell River will share one lane due to road construction on Saturday, October 5, according to a media release from City of Powell River. Originally scheduled for Wednesday, October 2, then rescheduled for Friday, October 4, the work has been delayed again due to weather. Alternating traffic will be in effect at the location once work commences.
The city also announced that Haslam Street between Allen Avenue and 7385 Haslam will have one-lane alternating traffic due to road construction from 7 am to 7 pm from Thursday, October 3, until Saturday, October 5.
