Powell River RCMP is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Chloe Thompson.
There is a Canada-wide warrant for the arrest of Thompson for: possessing a controlled drug/substance for the purpose of trafficking contrary to Section 5(2) of the Controlled Drug and Substances Act; Loaded/unloaded with ammo of a prohibited/restricted firearm contrary to Section 95(1) of the Criminal Code; Failing to appear contrary to Section 145(2) of the Criminal Code; and breach of release order contrary to Section 145(5)(a) of the Criminal Code.
