On July 12, Powell River RCMP responded to a report of a theft in the 7100 block of Alberni Street.
A delivery truck at that location had its lock cut to gain access to the cargo area; numerous tools were stolen including a DeWalt cordless drill, two shoulder dollies and a Mastercraft tape measure.
It was determined that the theft occurred sometime between July 9 and 12.
