At approximately 4:23 pm on December 22, Powell River RCMP received a report of mischief to a vehicle that had been parked in the 6600 block of Cranberry Street overnight. The vehicle owner went out to use the vehicle that afternoon and noted that the driver-side mirror had been smashed.
Video surveillance was reviewed and police observed a suspicious male stop by the driver’s side of the vehicle at approximately 1 am and continue walking along Cranberry Street.
