1. July 16
Highway 101 near Craig Road
At approximately 6 pm a cyclist had been riding southbound on the highway. When he neared Craig Road a pickup truck drove by and the passenger yelled at the cyclist to get off the road. The truck then continued on. The cyclist proceeded down the highway about two kilometres when he came across the pickup again. He stopped riding his bike to get out of the way of the truck. The truck pulled up beside him and the passenger dumped a slushie on the cyclist. The truck then sped off. The passenger is described as a white male in his 20s with long hair. The truck is described as a newer red full size pickup, possibly a Ford F-150.
2. July 20
6900 block Invermere Court
Police responded to a complaint of a theft of a bicycle. The bicycle was in the yard when it was taken and is described as a dark green and black Norco 21-speed mountain bike.
3. July 21
7000 block Glacier Street
Police were alerted to a theft from a storage locker. The locker had been left unlocked. Stolen were two jewellery boxes, a pair of gold stud earrings and a wicker basket. The theft occurred sometime between July 19 and July 21.
