Sylvia was a beloved wife, mother, stepmother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, friend, and sister. Jan, her husband of 45 years, described their life together as totally satisfying, full of love, happiness, and harmony.
Sylvia expressed her love for life and people through her art, photography, knitting, storytelling, singing, and dancing. She had a quick wit and a great sense of humour and was well-known for her hospitality and faith. She will be missed by many.
Thank you to the staff at Willington Creek and the friends who kept her company and provided such loving care. There will be a memorial service on November 19, at 2 pm, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 4946 Manson Avenue.
