An early morning full moon should be fully visible in the clear skies over Sechelt Feb. 12, with the clear and cold conditions of the past week staying with us, but on their way out within the next 24 hours.

As of Friday, (Valentines Day) clouds will help mid-day conditions to warm to a 4 degree high and keep overnight temperatures just below the zero mark. Rain is forecast to arrive on the lower Sunshine Coast on the weekend, and the national weather service is stating there is a chance of more wet flurries on Monday.
Wet weekend conditions are also what Weatherhood is calling for with the likelihood of rain at 97 to 99 per cent Saturday and Sunday.
Weatherhood's outlook is for calm conditions over light breezes of up to 6 kilometers per hour today.
