Kelly’s Health Shop, a long-standing cornerstone of Powell River’s wellness community, is ringing in the New Year with a renewed focus on holistic health and personal growth.
In its 50th year of operation, the store will introduce its first-ever paid health coaching program, Nourish 2025: Cultivating a Healthier You, beginning January 8.
Owner Nicole Rumley, who proudly carries on the shop’s half-century legacy, says the program was created to meet the evolving needs of customers who are seeking guidance beyond traditional supplements and natural products.
“At Kelly’s Health Shop, we strongly believe health is our greatest asset,” explains Rumley. “Our focus has always been on educating and empowering our customers to live their healthiest lives, and this new program is an exciting step forward.”
Developed in partnership with health coach Terri Cramb, Nourish 2025 is an eight-week, Whole30-based coaching program designed for individuals who want to start the year by making meaningful changes to their diet and lifestyle.
Registration is now open at the shop, and participants can look forward to weekly sessions that cover nutrition, mindful eating, balanced meal preparation and strategies for long-term wellness.
