A big shout-out to the Zunga Bus and its driver. My mom and l got the Zunga Bus for a drive to the clinic and he drove us right to the door [“City of Powell River Council votes to fund Zunga Bus service until end of year,” April 8].
He was so awesome and helped Mom get out of the bus and made sure we were okay. We decided we needed a walk so we started back home but we tired out pretty quickly, then low and behold, the Zunga Bus came and stopped and gave us a ride the rest of the way.
I have never in my life had that happen. He drove us right to the apartment front door.
We will use this service whenever we want to go anywhere. We can’t say enough about the Zunga Bus and its driver. It’s inexpensive and beyond helpful.
Thank you, Zunga Bus, you’re one amazing transportation.
