OTTAWA — Mark Carney will seek election as a Liberal MP in the House of Commons in the Ottawa riding of Nepean.

OTTAWA — Mark Carney will seek election as a Liberal MP in the House of Commons in the Ottawa riding of Nepean.

The Canadian Press has confirmed the move with two Liberal party sources with knowledge of the prime minister's decision, who are not authorized to speak about it before it is made public.
