Elementary school students from seven schools were on the run recently in one of School District 47’s four cross country races this year.
To offer some variety of courses to the races, Kelly Creek Community School hosted the first race. The weather was fantastic as the 149 runners from grades three to seven followed “rabbits,” teachers Lucien Ervington and Andrew Shostak, through the trails at the school. Top six winners in each category are listed below.
