Elementary school students from seven schools were on the run last week for the third of School District 47’s four cross country races this year.
The 141 participants ran through the course at Westview Elementary School and Vancouver Island University trails following “rabbits” from Brooks Secondary School.
The top six participants in each category are listed below.
- Grade three girls: first Ginger Calder, École Côte du Soleil (ECduS); second Dylan Anderson-Kelly, Assumption School (AS); third Karlyle Cline, Henderson Elementary School (HES); fourth Phoebe Schur, Westview Elementary (WE); fifth Naomi Krowitz, WE; sixth Nova Andrews, Edgehill Elementary School (EES).
