Powell River U15 Kings went undefeated in five games at the recent Kerry Park Remembrance Day Classic hockey tournament on Vancouver Island.

Powell River opened the tournament with a 6-2 win over Oceanside Generals on November 11, followed by a 2-0 shutout over North Island Eagles later that same day. The shutout streak continued on November 12 with an 8-0 result versus Semiahmoo Ravens.

In the semi-final, Kings skated past Ridge Meadow Rustlers by a score of 5-2 in the morning of November 13, then claimed the gold medal with a 6-2 win over the host Kerry Park Islanders. Kesler Brown and Connal Miller each scored twice in the final. Lucas Gruntman and Gabriel Caldarone had one goal each. 

The tournament took place in Mill Bay and Shawnigan Lake.
