Michael was born in Kimberley, BC, August 6, 1946. He was a very kind and generous person who always thought of others. Through his struggles with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF), he always looked at the positive and had a beautiful smile on his face.
Michael will be forever missed by the love of his life Barbara, his son Nathan, daughter-in-law Danielle, granddaughter Scottie, sisters Marlene and Joan, brothers John and Irwin, many nieces and nephews, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, mother-in-law and many great friends.
Michael was a very talented artist who created beautiful artwork, owned and operated successful custom picture framing galleries and owned and operated a computer animation business designing and creating unique 3D animation. He enjoyed playing hockey, loved golfing and was well-known for his expertise in skiing. He lived life to the fullest for as long as he was able.
We would like to thank everyone at St Paul’s Hospital
