It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Joe Dufour.
Joe could always be counted on; if he said he would do something, that was a guarantee that it would happen. Never one to shirk responsibility, Joe was a rock whose word counted, always. He was quick to offer help to friends and neighbours and he came through every time.
If you knew Joe, you’d know he had a great love for the outdoors; he spent most of his time taking his dog Molly for walks at the beach, quadding, fishing and preserving nature with his good friend. If Joe wasn’t out enjoying the outdoors you might find him watching a ball game.
If you were with Joe, you know you’d be laughing because he had a unique sense of humour; he liked to laugh at his own jokes. He always knew how to lighten the mood.
Joe was an amazing brother, father and papa to all of his girls.
He was predeceased by his mom and dad, Jean-Paul and Henriette Dufour. Joe is survived by his brother Robert (Guadalupe), two sisters, his daughter Madison (Justin), stepdaughters Ashley, Hailey, Britney and Taylor (Tyler), and by granddaughters Aubrie, Paisley, Harlee, Haiden, Rowan and another on the way.
Joe will be remembered and missed dearly by all the people in his life.
