The system will move out of the area early Tuesday morning.”

Early in the morning on Wednesday, December 25, a powerful frontal system is expected to arrive on the south coast and Vancouver Island, bringing strong winds and heavy rain until late in the evening. On December 26, a weaker low pressure system will approach Vancouver Island late in the day and spread strong winds across the South Coast overnight.
