At the August 2 qathet Regional District (qRD) planning meeting, the committee recommended to the board that qRD advises the ministry of transportation and infrastructure that the regional district supports the proposed two-lot conventional subdivision application for property at 10867 and 10869 Highway 101, subject to proof of water and septic servicing that meets provincial standards.
According to a staff report, the existing parcel measures 1.64 hectares in size and the proposed subdivision results in two parcels measuring 0.82 hectares each.
