February 16; Highway 101, south
RCMP received a request from Powell River Fire Rescue to attend the 9100 block of Highway 101 for a single vehicle rollover collision. Police attended and observed that a Ford Escape had left the roadway and gone through a residential fence, landing on its side on the property.
No one was located in the vehicle or in the area. After investigation, it was determined that the vehicle had been stolen from the AC/DC Welding lot on Reave Road.
