Powell River RCMP reported the following for December 7 to 13, 2022.

December 9; Duncan Street, 7600 block
At approximately 3:03 am, police responded to a report that a rock had been thrown through the front window of a residence by a neighbour. RCMP attended and observed a large hole in the front window of the residence. Police spoke to the 63-year-old male neighbour, who admitted to breaking the window because of loud music coming from the house. The neighbour was arrested for mischief and released on conditions to appear in provincial court.
