Powell River RCMP reported the following for April 23 to 29, 2020.

Thefts: 5
Assaults: 1
Impaired driving: 3
Mischief: 6
Break and enter: 1

April 24; Highway 101, north
At approximately 10:50 am, police responded to a mischief report at the Lund Resort. Sometime during the previous night, a number of regulators and switches were damaged on a large propane tank at that location. It is believed that someone was jumping on the tank, which led to the damage.

April 25; Duncan Street, 7000 block
At approximately 7:15 pm, police responded to a report of a break and enter at the BC Ambulance station on Duncan Street. It is believed that sometime in the previous 24 hours, someone entered the station through a window after breaking a chain and moving the screen. It is unknown if anything was stolen from inside the station.
