Regina Sadilkova, City of Powell River’s manager of development services and approving officer, has been hired as the director of development services for the Thompson-Nicola Regional District.
Sadilkova, who has been with the city for 12 years, will replace the current director, who is retiring, on July 18.
Greg Toma, the regional district’s chief administrative officer, said in a statement that Sadilkova “will offer a new vision and fresh approach and was the best amongst a worthy group of candidates.”
Thompson-Nicola Regional District covers 11 municipalities and 10 electoral areas.
