At approximately 3:30 pm on April 15, a Shelter Point Regional Park caretaker reported that the outhouse in the overflow Camp 2 had been set on fire and was smoldering and reduced to rubble.
Texada Island RCMP reported that a similar incident happened last summer as well and this is the second outhouse that has been destroyed.
