Due to the theft of electrical components, the waterpark at Willingdon Beach was temporarily out of service, according to City of Powell River parks supervisor Mike Kaban.
"Sorry for the inconvenience," stated Kaban on May 14. "We will have it up and running soon."
Water was flowing again as of mid afternoon on Monday, May 15
