It’s a major accomplishment and an admirable milestone to achieve; your parents, family and community are very proud of all of you... ʔəmot!
You are all leading by example by demonstrating your commitment and dedication to your education by reaching the graduation milestone. This is one of many chapters that you will all complete on your journey as each of you will have the decision to set sights on the beginning of your next chapter.
The advice I have to offer, to all the grads, is to find balance and set the crosshairs on your career and plan out your path to hit that target. But at the same time, take the time to take in the moments along the way.
It is the journey that you will reflect on, and these are the memories that will stay with you for a lifetime.
Take in and learn about our local history and culture, but at the same time explore and learn other cultures as you will all discover how diverse and beautiful life’s journey is. Through this you will also discover how valuable time is and the loved ones all around you.
