Way to go, grads of 2023.
You’ve spent a long time in school, and some of you may want a break, some may want to get into the workforce and others will want to continue studying.
Whatever your choice, everyone who cares for you will want you to make the most of it. They want you to be happy. And simple as that is to say, it will ultimately be up to you to achieve.
The choices you make from now on will be mostly made by you, and while we all hope they will be good ones, you may encounter challenges that are beyond your ability to cope with on your own. Remember that your family, your friends and your community are on your side and will support your efforts in all the ways that they can.
Thank you for the contributions you have already made to our community through your efforts and persistence, and thank you to all who have guided you to this point in your life. There are too many to name, but especially those who have made your elementary and high school life as rich and fulfilling as possible.
Wherever you go, and whatever you do, remember to appreciate where you have come from, and we will always be thankful that you have made us proud.
