ALL DECKED OUT: Putting together the railing on the new Royal Canadian Legion Powell River Branch 164 deck is Chelsea Westie of Austin Contracting.

When complete, the deck, fronting onto Willingdon Avenue, will provide a wonderful view of the Salish Sea for Legion patrons.
