Miklat Recovery Society recently received a $500 donation from the Knights of Columbus, with [from left] Knights of Columbus deputy grand knight Luke Desilets, Miklat mental health and substance abuse coordinator Nina Peers, Miklat director of operations Rob Fitzpatrick and Knights of Columbus member Don Bourcier in attendance.
Miklat, a nonprofit men's recovery centre, has been operating for more than seven years in the qathet region.
Knights of Columbus also recently made a donation to support Powell River Action Centre Food Bank.
